Ask the property or booking provider to confirm the exact Chinese property name, full address, branch, and phone number for your reservation.
Save that confirmed text beside the original booking rather than replacing it with a machine translation or an unverified map pin.
Save the arrival airport's current official ground-transport page and terminal instructions where you can open them offline.
Open every saved item in airplane mode before departure; a cloud-only file is not yet an offline fallback.

Recover through an official staffed path

If the planned app cannot connect, stop treating it as the fallback. Follow current airport signs and ask an official airport, airline, or transport information point where available to identify the responsible taxi queue, public-transport service, or another official pickup path.

Show the provider-confirmed destination without handing over account credentials or changing the address from memory.
Ask the responsible operator about the route and accepted payment before committing; acceptance can differ by service and location.
If no suitable service is operating, use an official help point or contact the property through a working phone path to confirm the next step.

Facilities, staffing, pickup zones, and service hours vary by airport and can change. Current airport and operator instructions override this general recovery sequence.

Keep the fallback independent of mobile data

Keep a printed or locally saved copy of the destination if one dead battery would remove every route detail.
Confirm a transport payment path before travel and keep another option where practical; this page does not prescribe cash or a wallet for every operator.
