• Your plan details — arrival date if provided, main city, selected prep priorities, and saved setup checks.
• Feedback you submit — one-click reactions, missing-topic tags, free-text comments.
• Optional contact details — email or WhatsApp, only if you provide them.
• Basic analytics — page views and CTA clicks.

Why we collect it

• To generate and recover your Arrival Plan.
• To learn what's missing so we can improve the content.
• To understand demand for Shanghai and Hangzhou local-help options.
• To follow up — only if you ask us to.

Contact information

Email is optional and can be used to send your Arrival Plan return link. WhatsApp or follow-up contact is separate and only used if you explicitly ask for local-help follow-up. We will not sell contact information.

Deletion

To delete your data or remove yourself from follow-up, submit a feedback message with "delete my data" and your email. We'll confirm when it's done.
