What is stored and collected

• Current trip-check answers, results, and My Trip state stay in this browser's local storage. Exact answers, dates, and hotel text are not sent as analytics.
• If you choose Copy link in My Trip, we send only a de-personalized action summary, broad status, and relevant official source to an anonymous My Trip snapshot record. Raw trip answers, answer-derived wording, exact dates, passport details, arrival points, and hotel text are not included in that shared record.
• Dein Feedback — Ein-Klick-Reaktionen, Tags zu fehlenden Themen, Freitext-Kommentare.
• Optionale Kontaktdaten — E-Mail oder WhatsApp, nur wenn du sie angibst.
• Basic analytics — page views, CTA clicks, tool progress, whether a question was answered or skipped, and broad result status. Answer categories are generic, such as selected or provided.

Warum wir es erfassen

• To generate and recover My Trip on this device.
• To create an anonymous My Trip snapshot link only when you explicitly choose Copy link.
• Um zu erfahren, was fehlt, damit wir die Inhalte verbessern können.
• Um die Nachfrage nach lokalen Hilfsangeboten in Shanghai und Hangzhou zu verstehen.
• Für eine Rückmeldung — nur wenn du uns darum bittest.

Kontaktdaten

Email and WhatsApp are optional. We use them only when you submit them with feedback or explicitly ask for follow-up, and we will not sell contact information. My Trip does not require contact details.

Löschung

To delete current on-device trip checks and My Trip cards, clear this site's stored data in your browser. To request deletion of an anonymous My Trip snapshot record, include its snapshot link or ID in a feedback message marked "delete my data". For submitted feedback, contact details, or follow-up requests, include the email you used. We'll confirm when it's done.
